Amaka Weaver graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and two master’s degree from Lehman College in New York and UMASS Lowell in Massachusetts. Amaka is a computer programmer by day and author by night. She is the author of “For the Rest of Us,” “Historically Simple,” and “Runaway Dream,” and she plans to write more books in the future. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, and playing tennis with her family.
